Denise chalked up more than 20 years of corporate leadership experiences in both MNCs and local firms in the field of human resource, product marketing and leadership consultancy. She was also the founder of a regional leadership firm with offices in various parts of Asia.

Denise gave up corporate life in 2005 to become a full-time Volunteer serving as the President of the Autism Resource Centre (S) and starting Pathlight School, a special school. Her main interest areas are:

  • Championing the needs and aspirations of people (special-needs/disabled) who are risk of being left behind in Singapore
  • Leveling up the non-profit charity sector performance to serve its clients more effectively
  • Human Resource development of the Singapore workforce
  • Education excellence for all, not just those who are academically inclined
